Recently, Zhao Quanhua, counselor of the School of Information Engineering of Yingcai , won the honorary title of "Excellent Counselor” in the 2020 Shandong Province Excellent Counselor Selection. This event has selected 59 “Outstanding Counselors” for 2020 through expert review and online publicity. It is a full recognition of the professionalism of our school's counselors, and also an important result of the construction of our school's counselor team.
 
    Since joining Shandong Yingcai College in 2010, Zhao Quanhua has been engaged in counselor and student education management. He is currently the party branch secretary of the School of Information Engineering of Shandong Yingcai College and a part-time counselor of the college. He has won many honors such as Advanced Individual, Excellent Educator, Advanced Individual in Party Affairs, Annual Excellent Class, Advanced Individual in Safety Work, etc.
