The Farewell Party for 2017 Students
On the morning of September 10th, the engineering school held a farewell party to send off the 2017 ZTE school-enterprise cooperation students to Inspur Group to participate in corporate engineering training. Many school leaders attended this party.
With the strong support of school, the school-enterprise cooperation of the engineering school has been carried out to the third session. Enterprise engineering training is the last part of the “3+1”talent training model. After completing 3 years of on-campus professional theoretical study, students must carry out 1 year of enterprise engineering training in actual work positions in the enterprise to further improve their professional skills. This year, 12 enterprises including Inspur Group were identified in the first batch. Under such a difficult employment situation this year, companies have reserved sufficient internship positions for our school students.
Vice President Cui Kuiyong spoke on behalf of school leaders. He first fully affirmed the efforts made by the engineering school to promote the engineering training of students in enterprises. While expressing good wishes to the students, he explained the three aspects of "what is enterprise engineering training", "why should I participate in enterprise engineering training" and "how to do a good job in enterprise engineering training". He hope that the students will sharpen their skills, integrate into the workplace, and lay a solid foundation for better integrating into society after graduation.
