The Special Prize of China Lu Cuisine Cold Dish Competition
On November 4th, the first Lu Cuisine Cold Food Art Competition hosted by Shandong Cuisine Association was held in Jinan Palace Hotel. More than 50 teams from all over the province attended this competition. Li Chenggen and Wang Taiping, the representatives of Shandong Yingcai Culinary Academy, won the Grand Prize for this competition with their superb skills. They also won the title of “Excellent Instructor” in this competition.
There are 9 competition events in this competition. During the competition, nearly 1,000 chefs gathered together to communicate cooking skills and compete for cold dish artistic skills. After a intense competition, the teachers of our school, Li Changgen and Wang Taiping, won the top prize for their excellent works. And Li Changgen’s dough modeling work was especially praised by Zhang Daqian, the chief judge of the competition.
Shandong Yingcai Culinary College is a culinary professional school with Chinese, Western and dessert course. It is a culinary education school that trains professional cook, technicians and culinary management people. Yingcai can win he highest honor in this competition, reflecting the higher level of teachers and teaching strength of the college.
